A current AKMU fan guide for international visitors, including the 2026 contract transfer, official notices and safe concert planning.

AKMU (Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun) are a sibling duo. Their long association with YG Entertainment is now historical: an official Weverse notice says their exclusive YG contract ended and the AKMU community transferred to Cemter of Inspiration on January 27, 2026. The spelling here follows the English notice.
Official updates and tickets
Start with the AKMU Weverse community and the duo’s current official social channels for releases, appearances and ticket notices. Do not use an old YG profile as proof of a current schedule. If no current concert is announced through an AKMU channel or the named organizer, treat third-party calendar entries as leads rather than confirmed travel plans.
Build the trip around the event, not an old agency address
An old agency address is not an AKMU attraction and should not anchor a fan itinerary. Build the day around a ticketed concert, festival, broadcast with public entry instructions, or an ordinary cultural stop. Do not wait at offices, studios, hotels or transport routes, and do not follow artists.
Fan etiquette
Use official schedules, keep entrances clear and never share private sightings. Before booking flights, re-check the agency notice, venue rules and ID requirements because schedules can change.
Official sources
Verify the exact event, not only the artist name
For a concert or appearance, open the dated AKMU or organizer notice and check the venue, performance date, named ticket seller and eligibility rules together. A third-party calendar can be a discovery tool, but it should not replace the organizer’s page when you book a flight or buy a ticket.
Membership presales, general sales and venue pickup can use different instructions. Keep the ticket account name consistent with the ID or passport requested by the seller, and save the original confirmation. If the official notice changes, the revised organizer notice controls.
Source order after the 2026 transfer
Use the AKMU community for artist-level notices, then follow the link in the dated post to the event organizer or ticket seller. For venue access, rely on the venue’s own page. Archived YG pages can document earlier releases and history, but they are no longer the first source for a new AKMU booking. This distinction matters when an old search result ranks above a newer notice.
Before paying, match the event title, city, date and sale round across the artist notice and seller page. If any of those fields differ, stop and look for a correction notice.
A practical event-day check
Save the original announcement and ticket confirmation offline. Check the venue’s prohibited-items list, entry time and transport plan on the event day. If merchandise is sold, use the organizer’s live notice for the booth hours and purchase limits rather than assuming an older tour’s rules still apply.
